| Dr.
Charles Kinder graduated # 1 in his class from the University of Illinois College of
Medicine. He completed his internship and residency training in internal medicine at
Harvard's Brigham and Women's Hospital, going on to complete his cardiology fellowship at
Loyola University Medical center. Dr. Kinder completed his heart rhythm (clinical
cardiac electrophysiology) training at the University of Chicago and remained on staff as
an Assistant Professor. He was most recently in private practice for seven years in San
Antonio, Texas. He and his wife have returned home to Chicago to allow their two
daughters to develop a closer relationship with their extended family. |
Dr.
Kinder is Board Certified in internal medicine, cardiology and cardiac
electrophysiology. Dr. Kinder is the Founder and Director of the Heart Care Centers Heart Rhythm
program. He has implanted more than 4000 pacemakers/defibrillators,
including more than 500 biventricular devices. He has performed more than 1000 radio
frequency catheter ablation procedures to cure rapid heart rhythm disorders.
Dr. Kinder is recognized as an expert in the heart rhythm field and in fact
serves as a faculty member for the Heart Rhythm Society’s national device
implant training course where he has instructed more than 1000 other doctors on
device implantation techniques. |
