George Aziz, M.D.

“My career goal is to provide high quality cardiovascular care.” 

Dr. Aziz attended the University of Chicago.  He then went to the Medical College of Ohio and received his Doctor of Medicine. 

After residency training at Loyola University, Dr. Aziz stayed to complete his Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation fellowships where he received recognition for dedicated service to the Loyola Heart Transplant Program. 

Dr. Aziz then went on to  Miriam Hospital, which is part of Brown medical school, in Providence Rhode Island where he completed his fellowships in Cardiovascular disease and Interventional Cardiology and was named Chief Fellow. 

Dr. Aziz is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. 

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Aziz to  Heart Care Centers of Illinois.


Currently practicing at our
Berwyn, Blue Island, Mokena and Morris Facilities.
